3.Products for sale in our store
Azabu Juban Yakuzen Curry Shinkai will be selling two vegan curries and homemade pickles for this event.Since many vendors will be selling a variety of plant-based foods, we plan to offer vegan curries in half the regular size to make it easier for visitors to choose.
(1)Yakuzen Keema Curry with Island Tofu and Vegetable Broth(mini size)700yen
The island tofu is slowly rehydrated and carefully broken down to give it the texture of homemade soybean meat (minced).A luxurious dish that combines the sweetness from the island tofu with the flavor of vegetable broth and spices.
(2)Medicinal Curry with Two Kinds of Beans and Plenty of Vegetables
(mini size)700yen
It is made with plenty of chickpeas and lentils, but unlike most gentle bean curries, it also features our unique spice and flavor with plenty of vegetables.
(3)Homemade medicinal pickles(100g)500yen
Medicinal pickles are made by lavishly using seasonal vegetables and pickling them with white wine vinegar and several spices and herbs.
Sugar is made from 100% Hokkaido grown sugar, which is neither too sweet nor too sour, making it easy to eat. Feel free to enjoy it in generous portions.。
4.Finally….
We collaborated with Fujikko Ltd. at the last “PLANTBASE FOOD FESTIVAL 2022” held at the International Pavilion Pamir in Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa on April 29(Fri.)-30(Sat.), but this time we will be selling our products at our own store.
Plant-based food,” “vegan food,” and “vegetarian food” are quite common overseas, and interest in “plant-based food” is growing in Japan as well, with its share expanding every year.
Our restaurant also started offering “vegan Yakuzen Curry” in March of this year, and it has been very well received at our stores.
Interestingly, many people who are not “vegan” or “vegetarian” also order the vegan Yakuzen Curry. In other words, I think this means that more and more people are conscious of “healthy eating” on a daily basis.
We hope that our yakuzen curry will be of some help to you in order to live a healthy and wholesome life.
We look forward to meeting many of you at the GOOD LIFE Fair this three-day weekend.
