Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Azabujuban Yakuzen Curry.
Today, we would like to inform you of a magazine article.
It has become an annual tradition. This year again, we were featured in the magazine ” Ultimate Curry 2021 Metropolitan Area Edition”.
Thank you very much for your continued support!
This year, we were interviewed about the present and future of spiced curry, and our comments are also included in the article.
I gave my frank opinion, but I am sorry that it was a bit cheeky (laugh). The comments are small, so I will transcribe them here again.
I think we will see more health-conscious curries in the future. Spice curries seem to be becoming more popular in Tokyo. I think it is quite saturated. There are many Osaka-style spiced curry restaurants now, but I think we will see more health-conscious curries in the future. We serve yakuzen (herbal) curry rather than spice curry, and we are even thinking of changing all our restaurants to yakuzen. The new coronavirus is still having an impact. We originally did take-out and UberEATS, but I think it’s good because it can be used according to your needs. But I think the current takeout craze is temporary. It’s hard to go all the way to the store to pick it up.As I mentioned in this interview, I believe that keywords such as “health” and “medicinal herbs” will become more important in the future. The new Corona will make people more conscious than ever about their health and immunity, and they will want to consume foods that are truly good for their bodies. I believe that people will become more conscious of their health and immunity than ever before, and will want to consume foods that are truly good for their bodies. The restaurant’s introduction page describes it as “a healthy dish that I want to eat every day. It really is just as the catchphrase says, and I want people to eat it every day. By the way, the “S&C” of “2 Kinds of Aigake Yakuzen Curry (S&C)” introduced here is a combination of S. Sri Lankan style Yakuzen soup curry and C. Yakuzen curry with minced pork and red pepper, which is the combination recommended by the owner Shinkai! (Of course, other curries are also recommended, as tastes differ.) This edition of “Ultimate Curry 2021 Metropolitan Area Edition” also includes the sister restaurant “Spice Curry Shinkai. Spice Curry Shinkai opened its Kamiyacho branch in 2018 and is opening a Daimon branch in 2019. Please stop by if you are in the area. Well, everyone, please continue to enjoy a healthy and delicious curry life…
